Vintage Cavalier Furniture Co. Cedar Hope Chest Storage Trunk has Mahogany construction with ogee top edge and 3 raised panels in the front with raised Walnut central motif bordered by incised details. Lined with Cedar and raised on beautifully turned feet.
The Cavalier Furniture Co. started as a sawmill in 1865 and was called the Tennessee Furniture Co. It was not called Cavalier Furniture Company until 1938.

Condition: Does not lock, no key. Some dark stains to top. This is a vintage piece and as such displays a mild level of wear from age. Any imperfections that have occurred only add to the charm and uniqueness.
